Guardian Pharmacy, LLC is seeking a Fulfillment Technician I to join our Shelbyville, Tennessee team on-site. Under supervision of a Registered Pharmacist, you will fill and package prescriptions for delivery, label medication packaging, and ensure accurate, timely processing of orders.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, pharmacy technician licensure or registration per state, and a National Certification (PTCB) preferred.

• Participate in training and development activities to gain proficiency in fulfillment workflow areas.
• Communicate inventory needs to ensure adequate supply of medication to complete orders.
• Maintain inventory at appropriate levels and keep workstation neat and organized.

May assist in physical inventory.* Consistently meet pharmacy's established accuracy and productivity levels.* Work collaboratively with other supervisors/functional areas to keep work flowing smoothly and efficiently.* Maintain clean and orderly workstation.
