Job summary

ShipBob, Inc. is seeking a Lead Associate in Fort Worth, TX to join our fast-growing fulfillment team. You will lead a team across receiving, picking, and packing, ensuring accuracy, speed, and quality for every order.

Training completes in 7 days; prior warehouse experience is not required. This role offers an opportunity for career growth within a high-performance startup environment, with competitive hourly pay, overtime eligibility, and full-time shifts (5pm–1:30am).

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction.
• Able to stand and walk continuously during an 8-10 hr shift.
• Extremely detail oriented and able to adapt to change quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead Associates work with a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Oversee receiving, picking and packing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Support other duties as required to keep operations running smoothly.
• Ensure products are handled, stored and distributed safely and in compliance with SOPs.
