ShipBob, Inc. is hiring for a 3rd shift Warehouse Associate in North Aurora, IL. You will join a fast-growing team focused on accuracy, safety, and customer satisfaction, with clear paths for advancement.

Expect a starting rate of $22.00 per hour, with overtime opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package. This role reports to the Area Manager in Fulfillment Operations and offers strong growth in a dynamic start-up-like environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand and walk continuously during an 8-10 hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: manage new inventory and communicate arrivals and exceptions.
• Picking: move products quickly and accurately between processes.
• Packing: ensure shipment quality and correct packing for delivery.
• Other Duties as Required: assist in other areas to keep operations running smoothly.
• Maintain product safety with proper handling, storage, and traceability.
