Qualifications

• 6+ years of FTR trading experience across major US ISO markets.
• Proven and verifiable track record of generating P&L through congestion trading strategies.
• Deep understanding of transmission constraints, nodal pricing, congestion drivers and ISO market fundamentals.
• Experience developing and executing systematic and/or discretionary FTR strategies.
• Strong risk management discipline and ability to manage significant trading exposure.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to build something rather than join an existing platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute profitable FTR and congestion trading strategies.
• Identify market inefficiencies and emerging trading opportunities.
• Manage portfolio risk and optimize capital allocation.
• Collaborate with quantitative, analytics and trading resources.
• Help build trading infrastructure, processes and market coverage.
• Contribute to the long-term growth of the platform.
