• 6+ years of FTR trading experience across any major US ISO market


• A proven and verifiable track record of generating P&L through congestion trading strategies


• Deep understanding of transmission constraints, nodal pricing, congestion drivers and ISO market fundamentals


• Experience developing and executing systematic and/or discretionary FTR strategies


• Strong risk management discipline and ability to manage significant trading exposure


• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build something rather than simply join an existing platform

Candidates with experience across markets including ERCOT, PJM, MISO, SPP, CAISO, NYISO or ISO-NE are encouraged to apply.
