Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in FTR trading or a similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO/RTO markets.
• Experience with the full life cycle of a trading strategy and risk management.
• Experience with modeling and programming techniques.
• Analytical; comfortable with probability and statistics.
• Reliable and flexible team player with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable working and making decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Motivated self-starter who can handle competing priorities.
