Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience leading technical decision-making across teams.
- Proven success using AI coding assistants to speed delivery.
- Hands-on with Node.js, React, and Angular in large apps.
- Strong full-stack skills with Java, Spring, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
- Experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiar with monitoring/observability tools.
- Experience in agile development environments.
