Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee front office operations and support clerical staff.
• Participate in hiring and precept orientation for new staff.
• Provide timely feedback and coaching to clerical staff; escalate issues to the office manager.
• Ensure staff follow policies; complete annual competencies.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate with Billing Liaisons, Revenue Cycle, and other departments.
• Maintain staff schedules and a professional clerical environment.
• Serve as SuperUser and Preceptor for clerical staff.
