Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Warsaw is seeking a Web Engineer focused on front-end experiences to craft responsive, accessible, and performant web applications that support marketing technology and growth.

You will lead front-end development, drive MarTech strategy, advance our design system, and integrate AI features, while collaborating with design, product, and enterprise technology teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of frontend web development experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience integrating AI development tools into daily workflow (Copilot, Cursor).
• Experience building with Gatsby/Next.js and version control with Git.
• Strong eye for design and CMS experience with Contentful or SkillJar.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with interest in marketing tech, accessibility (WCAG), or localization.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end engineering: design, implement, and lead front-end code for high-impact web apps on the company.com.
• Drive full-stack and MarTech strategy: create seamless full-stack solutions and UI overhauls across core platforms.
• Advance system architecture: contribute to component design system and CMS workflow optimization.
• Optimize performance and security: write clean, tested code while preserving Core Web Vitals and SEO.
• Integrate cutting-edge AI features: implement AI models via APIs and integrate third-party tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: partner with design, product, and enterprise technology; participate in code reviews.
