Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service at the front of the store.
• Greet customers and assist with questions and product locations.
• Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot basic POS issues and direct to management when needed.
• Train and supervise cashiers to maintain front-end standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and neatness of the front-end and queue area.
• Promote Ace Rewards and B2B programs to customers.
• Assist with online and curbside orders and phone inquiries.
