Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service following Lowe's policies and programs.
• Assists customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying and loading merchandise.
• Processes sales transactions, returns and refunds at the register.
• Supports loss prevention and safety procedures to maintain a secure store environment.
• Assists in coordinating checkout coverage and prepares registers at shift start and end.
