Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is hiring a Lead Front Bar Receptionist to support daily front-of-house operations, lead guest experience, drive sales, and assist with team training. This on-site role suits organized, service-oriented individuals who are sales-driven and passionate about leadership development.

You will greet guests, coordinate front desk needs, assist with inventory and events, and help grow memberships and retail revenue while maintaining FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in leadership, customer service, retail or sales.
• Previous salon, spa, or beauty industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for skincare, guest experience, sales and team development.
• Comfortable with social media platforms and content creation.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and onsite events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a timely, professional, and welcoming manner.
• Support Store Manager with daily scheduling, breaks, and front desk needs.
• Assist with inventory counts, orders, and receiving shipments.
• Maintain inventory organization and respond to guest inquiries.
• Drive store and individual sales for retail, memberships, and services.
• Coach team on customer service standards for elevated guest experience.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales, average ticket, and rebooking rate.
• Ensure cleanliness and brand presentation at all times.
• Assist onboarding and training Front Bar Receptionists on procedures.
• Lead opening/closing tasks, cleanliness standards, and task management.
• Support leadership in achieving sales and performance goals.
• Provide product knowledge, retail, membership, and service training.
• Support coaching and development initiatives in-store.
• Help drive service revenue, guest count, retention, and retail revenue.
