Job summary

You will design requirements, collaborate with product and operations teams, and mentor a small analytics team while improving risk controls and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Data Science, Analytics, Computer Information Systems, or related field plus six (6) years of experience.
• Experience driving data-driven loss mitigation strategies including credit and fraud risk prevention for digital payments.
• Proficiency in data manipulation, data structuring, data design flow, and query optimization using SAS, SQL, and Python.
• Ability to develop analytical frameworks for credit and fraud risk loss and manage portfolio level strategies.
• Experience presenting results to senior stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop fraud risk strategies and monitor activity.
• Create new fraud-fighting products such as ML models by defining requirements and coordinating with partners.
• Generate reports and dashboards to communicate fraud risk metrics and trends.
• Supervise and mentor Associates, including task delegation and performance reviews.
