Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned staff, delegate tasks, monitor performance, and provide training and mentorship.
• Develop and drive fraud risk strategies and data-driven loss mitigation initiatives.
• Work with large datasets to identify behaviors and trends in fraudulent activity.
• Design requirements and test implementations for new fraud-fighting products and dashboards.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards communicating fraud risk metrics to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to implement risk prevention strategies.
