Responsibilities

• Direct daily framing crews on site to deliver ADU, custom home, and commercial projects on schedule.
• Interpret drawings to set precise site layouts before crew cutting begins.
• Execute framing systems: floors, walls, ceilings, rooflines, stairs.
• Enforce quality standards and address issues with inspectors and superintendents.
• Mentor framers to build crew capability and support growth.
• Enforce job-site safety practices daily.
