• Degree in STEM with 8+ years experience or advanced degree with 5+ years
• Active and transferable U.S. government security clearance required
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility
• Experience developing and simulating RTL designs using VHDL/Verilog in FPGA/ASIC environments
• 4+ years of chip-level verification methodologies (constrained-random, coverage, assertions)
• Experience with source control: Git or Subversion
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior engineers
• Proven ability to design, implement and execute verification testbenches for RTL blocks

Responsibilities

• Verify environment architecture and design using SystemVerilog with OVM/UVM
• Create written test plans, test cases, coverage tracking
• Develop testbenches for RTL blocks using VHDL/SystemVerilog
• Recommend tools and practices to improve ASIC/FPGA verification flow
• Contribute to engineering estimates for new programs
• Provide technical leadership and status reporting for verification teams
