Contribute to GE Aerospace’s Digital Backbone, a cutting-edge network critical for onboard data traffic, enhancing speed, range, agility, and rapid integration of advanced mission equipment.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the business cycle—3-year plan, budget, forecasts—at all organizational levels. Define KPIs and analyze performance to improve profitability and cash flow, implementing corrective actions as needed.
2. Apply in-depth disciplinary knowledge and analytical skills to execute policies and strategies.
3. Mentor less experienced colleagues; lead small, low-risk projects; facilitate team consensus and communicate performance expectations.
4. Operate with some autonomy within established policies, modifying procedures to meet quality, volume, and timeliness standards.
5. Use judgment to propose solutions for complex problems, prioritize data analysis, and utilize internal and limited external sources for decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience with Earned Value Management
• 3-5 years of finance or accounting experience

• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Problem analysis and resolution abilities
• Program documentation, planning, marketing, and execution skills
• Project management experience
