Job summary

Groundworks Operations, LLC is seeking a Foreman to lead installation crews on foundation solutions projects in Florida. You will own safety, quality, productivity, and team performance from start to finish, coordinating daily operations and mentoring crew members.

This role requires on-site leadership, scheduling, and hands-on installation work, with opportunity for advancement within a strong, award-winning brand and internal growth culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Must have a valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Able to enter crawl spaces and perform physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Leads a high-performance team serving customers in a local market/area.
• Reviews job specifications to determine materials, tools, and equipment needed prior to reporting to the job site.
• Assesses conditions of the job on-site; sets plans based on time, tools, and order of work.
• Installs products and services with support of a national team.
• Troubleshoots and adapts to meet company standards and timetables.
• Delivers superior quality service onsite and provides client support.
• Ensures all final documentation is completed and filed correctly.
• Supervises crew and trains Installers and Co-Foreman.
• Drives the company vehicle to job sites daily.
• Maintains punctual attendance.
