Job summary

Qualifications
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or willing to work towards.
Recognised Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England.
Experience in safeguarding and fostering or looked-after children.
Proven leadership and strategic planning experience.
Strong understanding of fostering legislation, NMS, and the Children Act.
Responsibilities
Lead the fostering service and maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations.
Develop and deliver strategic plans to achieve Outstanding ratings.
Oversee recruitment, training, and supervision of staff and foster carers.
Ensure high-quality therapeutic care for children and young people.
Manage relationships with commissioners, stakeholders, and multi-agency teams.
