Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience working with children in the child welfare system.
• Must become a certified NCI and certified MAPP trainer within 1 year of hire.
• Prior experience working with a child placing agency is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and oversight of the foster care and adoption program.
• Facilitate and coordinate best practices for client care.
• Market, grow, and expand the Foster Care and Adoption program.
