• 2+ years of technical leadership of at least 2 engineers.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or 12+ years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical design for engagements and defend decisions.
• Review implementation in the agentic identity stack.
• Set technical direction and review engineers' code.
• Reverse-engineer identity behavior in client environments.
• Make build-versus-buy decisions and document rationale.
• Build reference implementations and grow engineers.
• Prototype against emerging standards and vendor betas.
