Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years formulation/compounding in a GMP environment.
• Experience with lab setup, in-process testing and aseptic steps.
• Ability to train and mentor staff on formulation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Mentor peers and guide less experienced staff in formulation techniques.
• Own daily formulation activities to ensure scheduled tasks are completed.
• Prepare equipment for sterilization and Lyophilization.
• Operate processing equipment including autoclaves, vial washers and homogenizers.
• Draft and revise batch records and SOPs as needed.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and safety standards in all tasks.
