Dueall Construction is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in the Ft. Myers area to join our fast-paced reconstruction environment. The ideal candidate will bring both structure and adaptability to ensure our projects meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency, even under pressure.

The role emphasizes hands-on supervision, daily Procore inspections, and collaboration with the Operations Department to maintain safety, schedule, and cost controls on active sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in core restoration trades (stucco, framing, siding, painting, or waterproofing).
• OSHA 10 certification minimum.
• Ability to read shop drawings and approved submittals.
• Ability to direct a crew and maintain workmanship standards.
• Proficiency with Procore and daily photo documentation.
• Valid Florida driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Foreman as the working crew lead and supervise daily output.
• Coordinate crew assignments and adjust to changing conditions.
• Ensure daily quality inspections via Procore and document conditions with photos.
• Support safety, toolbox talks, and site housekeeping.
