Job summary

Dueall Construction is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in the Ft. Myers area to support a fast-paced reconstruction environment. Ideal candidates bring structure and adaptability to ensure projects meet high standards of quality and efficiency.

You’ll work with a growth-oriented, process-driven team, leveraging Procore for project management and budgeting while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance. This role offers hands-on experience in a leading commercial restoration firm.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction plans and specs.
• Familiarity with Procore and billing in Procore.
• Estimating experience; OnScreen Takeoff preferred.
• Understanding of safety and OSHA rules.

Responsibilities

• Review bid manuals and repair details; perform site visits to understand project details.
• Estimate all materials and labor required for projects, assisting the Project Manager.
• Assist the Project Manager with Budget creation and implementation.
• Qualify potential material suppliers and subcontractors.
• Create and organize project files, manage information through Construction Project Management software.

Additional Qualifications:

• College degree preferred but not required
• 5 years in a Supervisory role in the Construction Industry is required.
• Restoration projects preferred
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Successful background investigation
• Computer literacy
• Microsoft Office experience required
