Responsibilities

• Review bid manuals and perform site visits to understand project details.
• Estimate materials and labor required for projects, assisting the Project Manager.
• Assist Budget creation and implementation for projects.
• Qualify suppliers and subcontractors for projects.
• Create and organize project files and manage information in PM software.
