• Valid Florida driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily work plan execution with the crew.
• Conduct daily quality inspections and document findings.
• Ensure safety protocol and PPE compliance.
• Develop crew members and identify supervisors potential.
• Coordinate with Superintendent on repairs and rework.
