Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, art or related field is required or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years' experience designing and developing footwear and related products.
  • Experience translating consumer insights into product solutions and narratives.
  • Strong knowledge of form, color, materials, human factors, and trend to elevate consumer experience.
  • Proven ability to present concepts to groups and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Create concepts and developments for Kids + Core Footwear materials.
  • Elevate new technologies and seasonal narratives for Jordan products.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, development, PM and merchandising to bring vision to life.
