Job summary

Nike is seeking a Footwear Technical Developer 2 for the Kids Footwear Team in Beaverton, Oregon. You will drive product and process excellence, transforming a project brief and 2D design into a 3D sample while coordinating with Footwear Engineering, Product Design, and other partners.

The role requires collaboration, strong communication, and problem-solving, with travel up to 15%. You will help shape kids’ footwear development from concept to commercialization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years directly relevant work experience.
• Understanding of footwear pattern engineering, tooling, and manufacturing processes.
• Effective collaborator, able to drive meetings, consensus, and influence others.
• Proven communication skills with clear articulation of goals.
