You will coordinate staff schedules, monitor nutrition and dietary requirements, and support department management with HR-related duties while maintaining a sanitary, friendly service environment.

Qualifications

• Food handler certification or safety training completed within 60 days of start date.
• Experience in food service operations and supervising staff.
• Experience in catering, preparing, serving, and managing nutrition diets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day cafeteria operations and staff.
• Assign tasks based on patient and staff needs and resource availability.
• Ensure patient trays meet diet specifications and verify cash handling accuracy.
