Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and ensure adherence to hospital policies and service standards.
• Maintain high quality of food production and sanitation.
• Collaborate with Retail Manager and Executive Chef on planning and waste reduction.
• Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly reports; assist in cost reduction initiatives.
• Provide training, mentorship, and resources to team members.
