Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff in line with hospital policies and procedures.
• Ensure high food quality, efficient production and service with strong sanitation.
• Collaborate with Retail Manager and Executive Chef for planning and waste reduction.
• Manage daily/weekly/monthly reports and cost-reduction efforts.
• Lead and train team members; provide resources for tasks.
• Maintain professional interactions with patients, families, staff and guests.
• Communicate clearly with team to ensure efficient service.
• Oversee daily duties, break schedules, timekeeping.
• Ensure timely service recovery of guest feedback.
• Ensure participation in required trainings and education sessions.
• Conduct routine safety and compliance inspections.
• Perform other duties to meet department goals.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
