Elior North America is seeking a lead foodservice worker for the Corrections team at the New Hanover County Detention Facility in Wilmington, NC. You will lead daily onsite operations to ensure quality food preparation and service for inmates, overseeing staff and meal delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• ServSafe certification.
• At least one year’s experience in a foodservice role.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring proper preparation and storage of food.
• Directing food service staff and operations to ensure a successful meal service.
• Ordering food and paper products as needed.
• Ensuring sanitation and safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Training new staff members as needed.
