Job summary

The State of North Carolina is looking for a Correctional Food Service Supervisor III to oversee food service at a male correctional facility. You will supervise officers, manage meal preparation, maintain sanitation, and ensure dietary needs are met for the offender population.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and four years of experience in food preparation.
• Experience in managing commercial food service operations has to be noted.
• Must qualify through a combination of education and experience.

• Oversee food service activities and meal preparation.
• Conduct employee work appraisals and maintain sanitation.
• Plan and direct daily food serving.
