Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have federal food service experience and lead a team.
• Experience with portion control and standard recipes.
• Ability to manage cash, deposits and POS transactions.
• Knowledge of USDA Food Code and MPH inspection readiness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and beverages using standard recipes and measure portions.
• Lead staff in daily operation and ensure proper setup and cleaning.
• Operate point of sale, handle daily deposits and reconcile cash.
• Maintain a clean, safe facility and assist with inspections.
