Responsibilities include leading QA staff, maintaining quality systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and ensure regulatory readiness for audits.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of quality assurance experience in food manufacturing or related industry.
• Strong working knowledge of food safety and quality systems (HACCP, SSOP, GMP, SQF, Food Defense).
• Understanding of USDA regulatory compliance and GFSI audit processes.

Aufgaben

• Oversee QA, food safety, HACCP, SSOP, GMP, SQF and regulatory compliance programs.
• Develop, update quality procedures, reports, product specs, sanitation records and logs.
• Lead HACCP, SSOP, Food Defense and quality team meetings; deliver training.
