Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years related work experience with at least 1 year in a leading role.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Experience in food processing or manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of front-line employees and motivates them to drive productivity.
• Schedules, tracks attendance, and approves time off for direct reports.
• Maintains inventory records and requisitions ingredients and supplies as needed.
• Reviews daily production against customer requirements and ensures safe line speeds.
• Promotes a safe work environment and complies with Simmons, OSHA, and USDA/FDA guidelines.
