• Familiarity with food processing standards and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of front-line employees; motivates and drives productivity to meet company goals.
• Manages scheduling, attendance tracking, and approval of time off for direct reports.
• Oversees processing, packaging, and storage in compliance with FDA, USDA, and Simmons rules.
• Maintains inventory records and coordinates with other departments to meet delivery schedules.
• Reviews production reports and ensures line speeds, throughput, and quality targets are met.
• Promotes a safe work environment and adheres to safety policies across the facility.
