Job summary

Bauer Consulting Group, Inc. (The Food Recruiter) in Lakeland, FL is seeking a Production Supervisor (Food) to lead daily operations in a food processing environment. You will plan, schedule, and ensure production targets are met while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, training, coaching, and enforcing HACCP, SQF, USDA, BRC, FDA, GMP, and other GFSI programs. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with prior supervisory experience.
• Experience as Production Supervisor in a food processing manufacturing facility.
• Plan, schedule, and meet production requirements and goals.
• Employee relations including hiring, training, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
• Ability to motivate and train staff in production, safety, and quality.
• Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, USDA, BRC, FDA, GMP, GFSI and FSSC 220000.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
