Levy, a Compass Group USA company, is seeking a Premium Food & Beverage Manager for ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in the Orlando area. You will lead daily restaurant operations to deliver outstanding food and beverage experiences, strong financial performance, and exceptional guest service, safety, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree preferred.
• Two to four years fine dining restaurant management experience is required.
• Comprehensive food and wine knowledge. Applicant should be well versed on food and wine pairings.
• Requires operations management experience with purchasing knowledge.
• Excellent communication and computer skills are needed, including knowledge of MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations in accordance with budgets, Levy standards, and client expectations.
• Ensure food and beverage offerings meet standards for quality, presentation, safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, team members, subcontractors, not-for-profit partners, and internal departments.
• Drive exceptional guest service by holding team members to service standards and addressing guest concerns.
• Support the Catering team to ensure successful event execution and align staff and client needs.
• Execute menus, promotions, programs, and Levy initiatives while developing location-specific knowledge.
• Manage financial performance by achieving daily sales, costs, revenue, and budget goals.
• Complete required daily, monthly, and period-end reporting accurately.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and coach team members; manage performance.
