Levy Sector in Florida is seeking a Premium Manager for ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex to oversee daily restaurant operations, deliver exceptional food and beverage experiences, and drive strong financial performance.

You will collaborate with clients, catering, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of daily operations and special events with a focus on guest service and safety.

Qualifications

• Two to four years fine dining restaurant management experience.
• Strong communication and computer skills are needed (MS Office).
• ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Food and wine knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations in accordance with budgets and Levy standards.
• Ensure food and beverage offerings meet quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, guests, and internal teams.
• Drive guest service through Heartfelt Hospitality and show quality standards.
• Support catering and events for seamless execution.
• Manage menus, promotions, and company initiatives in partnership with leadership.
• Achieve daily sales, cost, revenue, and budget goals; identify growth opportunities.
• Complete required reporting on schedule.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment through regular meetings and feedback.
• Ensure adherence to Levy policies and training requirements.
