Levy in Orlando is seeking a Concessions Supervisor to manage concession stands and provide exceptional guest experiences at the University of Central Florida venue. This role requires leadership of the concession team, supervision of operating hours, and strong knowledge of menu offerings and pricing.

You will help ensure product control, inventory handling, and compliance with safety guidelines while maintaining a positive guest environment and efficient operations on game days and events.

• Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing.
• Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manages the operations of concession stands and performs a variety of concessions duties while providing a pleasant guest experience
• Manages the operations of multiple concession stands, while assisting team members and maintaining a safe environment throughout operating hours
• Greets, directs, and responds to guest’s questions and needs
• Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing
• Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment
• Understands and troubleshoots point-of-sale systems
• Oversees accuracy of timekeeping and compliance with OSHA and Health Department regulations
• Contributes to the team; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others
• Follows cash handling policies and food safety/sanitation guidelines
