Job summary

ConvenientMD in Massachusetts is seeking a Lead Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for our urgent care clinic. You will serve as clinical leader, mentoring new-grad providers and collaborating with other clinicians to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

The role requires a Master’s degree and FNP certification, a DEA license, BLS, and current emergency/urgent care experience. Hourly pay ranges from $68 to $85 USD, with productivity incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and FNP certification.
• DEA license with no restrictions.
• BLS certification by AHA or Red Cross required.
• Experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care: assess, diagnose, order/interpret diagnostic tests, and perform procedures.
• Document and maintain medical records per policy using EMR.
• Ensure infection-control and compliance with regulations.
• Mentor and lead clinic staff, especially new graduates; collaborate with the team.
