Job summary

ConvenientMD is seeking a Lead Family Nurse Practitioner for its Urgent Care clinic in Massachusetts. The role focuses on mentoring staff, leading clinical operations, and delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced setting.

As a per diem Lead Provider, you will participate in patient assessments, documentation, and collaboration with the team to optimize patient flow and outcomes, while maintaining compliance and excellent patient experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing and NP certification withDEA license.
• Active BLS certification required; prior emergency/urgent care experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical staff and mentor new-grad providers in the urgent care setting.
• Provide patient-centered FNP care, assessments, orders, and treatment plans.
