Job summary

ConvenientMD in New England is seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join us as a Lead Provider in our urgent care clinic. You will mentor and support clinical staff while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

This leadership role emphasizes collaboration, teaching, and continuous improvement, with a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 for exceptional candidates who share our mission to make healthcare more convenient.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and NP certification.
• DEA license with no restrictions.
• BLS certification (AHA/Red Cross).
• Experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care including health assessments, exams, and medical histories.
• Order/interpret diagnostic tests and administer therapeutic procedures.
• Educate patients and counsel on health and wellness.
• Document and maintain accurate EMR records.
• Ensure infection-control and safety compliance.
• Lead and mentor clinic staff, especially new-grad providers.
• Collaborate with the care team to plan coordinated patient dispositions.
• Pursue continuing education and professional development.
