Job summary

ConvenientMD is seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join as Lead Provider in our urgent care clinics in New England. The role focuses on clinical leadership, mentoring staff, and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across fast-paced settings.

In addition to leadership duties, the position offers a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for exceptional candidates who align with our mission to improve care delivery.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and NP certification required.
• DEA license with no restrictions required.
• BLS certification required (ACLS/online CPR not accepted).

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical staff mentoring and support for new-grad providers.
• Provide patient-centered care with thorough health assessments and exams.
• Document and maintain accurate EMR-based medical records.
• Collaborate with clinic team to plan coordinated, efficient patient dispositions.
• Provide continuous education and mentorship to clinic staff.
