ConvenientMD LLC is seeking a Lead Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide patient-centered care in our Portsmouth, NH urgent care clinic. The Lead Provider role includes mentoring staff and overseeing clinical operations to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate has an FNP with DEA and BLS credentials, and solid experience in urgent care or emergency medicine. This per diem position emphasizes mentorship, teamwork, and delivering efficient, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with FNP certification required.
• DEA license with no restrictions is essential.
• BLS certification from AHA/Red Cross required.
• Clinical experience in urgent care or emergency settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead provider for clinical staff and act as a mentor.
• Provide patient-centered care with exams, history, and orders.
• Document accurately in EMR and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with team to coordinate care and dispositions.
• Educate patients on wellness, therapies, and plans.
• Support operations when Practice Manager is off-site.
