Job summary

ConvenientMD LLC in Farmington, Maine seeks a Lead Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for urgent care per diem. You will provide patient-centered care, mentor new-grad providers, and lead clinical staff in the absence of the Practice Manager. Strong leadership and collaboration are essential.

Required are an NP with master's degree, a DEA license, and BLS. Prior emergency/urgent care experience is preferred, and commitment to high-quality care is expected in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and NP certification.
• DEA license without restrictions.
• BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross.
• Experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care with comprehensive assessments and plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records and EMR documentation.
• Collaborate actively with clinic staff to coordinate care.
• Lead and mentor staff when the Practice Manager is absent.
• Keep up-to-date with professional knowledge and practice.
