Job summary

ConvenientMD in Massachusetts seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner to join as Lead Provider in our urgent care clinic. You will lead clinical staff, mentor新 graduates, and deliver high-quality patient care in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

You will perform exams, order tests, treat wounds, document care in EMR, and participate in continuous education while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and OSHA. We’ll support your growth with mentorship and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing and NP certification.
• DEA license with no restrictions.
• BLS certification required (CPR/ACLS not acceptable).
• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care with comprehensive assessment and history taking.
• Order/interpret diagnostics and manage treatment plans.
• Document care in EMR and maintain compliant records.
• Mentor and lead clinic staff, including new-grad providers.
• Collaborate with team to coordinate efficient patient dispositions.
