Qualifications

• MSN or higher required to practice as FNP.
• FNP board certification required for the role.
• DOT certification or willingness to obtain (company covers cost).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential.
• Experience using EMR systems and MS Office suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-focused care across all ages in a fast-paced urgent care setting.
• Lead a small team and function as the primary medical provider in the clinic.
• Perform minor procedures and manage common urgent care conditions (cold, flu, strep, etc.).
• Review imaging with radiologist over-read where applicable; provide general dermatology, eye care, EKG interpretations, and GYN expertise as needed.
• Coordinate telemedicine and occupational medicine services and support in decision-making with protocols.
