Job summary

ConvenientMD is seeking a Lead Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for an Urgent Care clinic in Agawam, MA. The Lead Provider will mentor staff, provide high-quality patient care, and lead clinical operations in a collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Nursing (FNP), have an NP certification, and a DEA license. BLS is required, and experience in urgent care or emergency settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and NP certification.
• DEA license with no restrictions.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care with comprehensive assessments, exams, and medical history reviews.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests; manage treatments and immunizations.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and compliant records.
• Mentor and precept new graduates and clinic staff.
• Lead and collaborate with the urgent care team to ensure efficient patient flow.
